By joining B2B Banner, you agree to abide by these rules:
1) MEMBERSHIP
Only ONE account permitted per person. Each person must have his/her own unique email account. Each member must complete the signup process by him/herself. Persons with multiple accounts and/or bouncing email will have their accounts deleted. International members are welcome, but ONLY ENGLISH LANGUAGE sites are allowed. We reserve the right to exclude any person for any reason(s) from our service.
You accept that, from time to time, we may send you a newsletter informing you about new service or other related items from our company.
2) WEBSITES
NO forced installation of Dialers, or adware/software of any kind.
NO Erotic sites, erotic popups, or erotic banners.
NO Hacker sites.
NO site which uses any forwarding or redirectional urls.
We do not allow any site(s) that contain warez, mp3 sharing, hate speech, cheater search engine codes or anything that we deem bad or related to illegal activities. We suggest advertising your own homepage, a sponsor's site or a referral/affiliate link. We check all banners.
Offending banners will be removed and any member breaking our rules will be terminated.
3) PRIVACY
B2B Banner will never rent, lease or sell your personal information. We will keep all personal information about you in the strictest confidence and will not divulge it to any third party unless obligated to do so by law.
4) SPAM IS FORBIDDEN
In other words, we do not permit unwanted advertisement in the form of e-mails, newsgroups or forums to generate referrals.
5) OPERATION
Normal operation and/or the continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. We accept no responsibility for damage of any kind.
6) CHANGE IN SERVICE
We reserve the right to change the offered service at any time. Members will be informed of any changes that may take place.
7) CHANGE TO RULES
We reserve the right to change the Rules at any time without prior announcement. This is communicated to each member, and he/she must accept the changed Rules in order to be able to participate further in our program. If the member accepts the changes, these become immediately effective. If the member does not accept the changed Rules, he/she is not entitled to participate any further in our program and must delete his/her account. Any accumulated assets will be lost.
8) DISCLAIMER
B2B Banner is not responsible for the contents on sites shown in this banner service. We hereby disassociate ourselves totally from these contents.
